06. Cancellation/Return Non-Returnable Reason

In case of return due to simple change of mind, cancellation/return request will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
In the case of a custom/made product, cancellation is not possible if the product has already been manufactured.
Cancellation/return is limited in the case of lost components or damaged/broken/contaminated components due to negligence in handling.
Prices may change due to the circumstances of the manufacturer (launching new models, etc.) and changes in the price of parts, and returns and price compensation are not possible.
If you experience any troubles (allergy, red spots, itching, stinging) when using beauty products, you can get a refund if you provide proof of medical confirmation and opinion, but in this case, you will be responsible for all costs.
